Last year’s Steinbeck Fellows, Leah Griesmann and Julie Reynolds, reading recent work. Julie, a reporter for the Monterey Herald, recently finished her book on the gangs of Salinas. Leah has a story, “The Slave,” appearing in J, a journal of new writing about justice.
